m.i ready. is run by a final-year medical student who sat these interviews recently enough to remember what the room actually feels like — not a test-prep company with a stock question bank.
The approach was built out of a simple observation: capable candidates fail interviews they deserved to pass, because they spent months learning content and no time rehearsing reasoning out loud. Every session is designed to close that gap.
What's promised is honest, specific feedback and a framework that holds under pressure. What's not promised is a guaranteed offer — and you should be cautious of anyone in this space who does.

m.i ready. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of anyone who uses this website or books our services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.
1. What we collect
Contact details you provide voluntarily — name, email, and any information you include in an enquiry form or email.
Booking & payment information processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not see or store your card details; Stripe handles payment data under its own terms.
Session content — notes, written feedback, and, only with your explicit consent, recordings of mock sessions.
2. How we use it
To reply to your enquiries and deliver the coaching services you have booked.
To send booking confirmations, session reminders, and follow-up feedback documents.
To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing beyond direct replies to your own enquiries.
3. Third parties
We use the following services to run the business: Stripe (payments), an email provider for correspondence, and a video-call platform for delivering sessions. Each has its own privacy policy.
4. Retention
Enquiry emails and session notes are retained for up to two years after your last session, in case you return for further coaching. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: see what personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; or stop processing it. Email hello@miready.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
These terms govern your use of the m.i ready. website and the coaching services we provide. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
m.i ready. is a sole-trader coaching service based in Australia. Contact: hello@miready.com.
2. Services
We provide 1:1 coaching for medical school interview preparation — including MMI, traditional panel, mock interviews, and ethics & communication coaching. Sessions are delivered live via video call unless agreed otherwise.
3. Booking & payment
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance via Stripe.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Package sessions are valid for six months from purchase.
4. What we do — and don't — promise
We provide honest, specific feedback and a framework for interview preparation. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, offer, or admission to any medical school. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to your prior preparation, the specific panel, and the school's decision-making process.
5. Conduct
Sessions are professional coaching. We reserve the right to end a session or refuse further bookings if a client behaves abusively, breaches confidentiality, or misrepresents themselves.
6. Recordings & materials
Session recordings, where taken, require your explicit consent and are used only for your own review. Written feedback documents are yours to keep and share as you see fit. Our teaching materials (frameworks, PDFs, worksheets) remain our intellectual property and may not be resold or redistributed.
We want you to feel supported before, during, and after every session. This policy sets out clearly what happens if you need to reschedule or cancel.
1. Reschedules
More than 24 hours before your session — reschedule at no cost. Just email us.
Less than 24 hours before — one reschedule permitted per session at no cost. Subsequent reschedules of the same session forfeit the session fee.
2. Cancellations by you
More than 48 hours before your session — full refund via Stripe, or full credit toward a future session (your choice).
24–48 hours before — 50% refund, or full credit toward a future session.
Less than 24 hours before, or no-show — the session fee is non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Cancellations by us
If we need to cancel a session — for illness, technical failure, or any other reason — we will offer the earliest available reschedule, or a full refund if that does not work for you. If we cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will also credit you a further 25% off your next session in acknowledgement.
4. Package sessions
Unused sessions in the interview-ready package are refundable at the per-session rate ($120 AUD) if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unused sessions convert to credit valid for six months from purchase.
5. Exceptional circumstances
Illness, bereavement, or genuine emergencies happen. Get in touch and we'll work it out — this policy is a floor, not a ceiling.
